About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotes, manufacturing and installation services provided by JCD Aluminium Works (“JCD Aluminium”, “we”, “us”) in Malta & Gozo.

Quotes & Estimates

• Quotes are free of charge and carry no obligation.
• A quote becomes binding only after written confirmation and, where applicable, an on-site measurement.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Manufacturing & Installation

• All products are custom made to the confirmed specifications and measurements.
• Lead times are estimates and may vary with material availability.
• Installation dates are agreed with you in advance and confirmed before work begins.

Warranty

Our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to normal use and care. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications or lack of maintenance. Full warranty terms are provided with your order confirmation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Maltese law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of the products and services supplied.
