JCD Aluminium Works(“JCD Aluminium”, “we”, “us”) is a manufacturer and installer of aluminium and uPVC solutions based in Paola, Malta. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit www.jcdaluminium.com or contact us through it.

Information We Collect

When you use our contact or quote request forms, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your project details — project type, location, product interest, timeline, budget range and your message

If you accept analytics cookies via the banner shown on your first visit, we also collect standard usage data (pages viewed, general location by country/city, device and browser type) through Google Analytics, and session recordings/heatmaps through Microsoft Clarity, both described further under Cookies & Analytics below.

We do not collect payment information through this website, and no non-essential cookie or tracking script runs before you accept it.

Third-Party Service Providers

We share data only with the providers needed to run the site and respond to you:

• Supabase — stores contact and quote form submissions securely
• Resend — delivers the email notification we receive when you submit a form
• Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that form submissions come from a real person, not automated spam
• Google and Microsoft — provide Analytics, Tag Manager and Clarity, described above, only once you consent

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, they do so under recognised safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry and quote details for as long as needed to handle your request and any reasonable follow-up, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Analytics data (where you've consented) is retained according to Google's and Microsoft's standard analytics retention settings.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict our processing, request a copy of your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are directed at adults arranging work on their property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
